RESISTANCE BAND TRAINING

Workouts designed by using resistance band training (RBT) to challenge full body functional movements as well as isolate specific muscles that will sculpt your body and train it to feel and move better and of course to look better.

 

Benefits of bands include: flexibility, mobility, balance, coordination, cardio, muscle strength, and power.
