All of our dynamic personalities and teaching styles vary from sassy to sarcastic, crazy to spiritual but, one thing we all have in common is our passion for everything fitness.
We want to make your workout as fun as possible because let’s face it – working out can be daunting. We promise if you give us a try you will see a different side to fitness. No judgement, No ego. Come as you are and see what we are all about.

I’m so, immature! I laughed at that question. Spin – all day, everyday. I’m an addict. In the off season, I like to add a few days of hot yoga to my schedule.
Style of Teaching
Thorough and energetic. I love walking around the room to give each person individual attention. I actually encourage cursing, yelling, laughing, singing, CRYING (it happens more than you think) whatever you need to get through.
Favorite Music During Class
I am a music fanatic so playlists are a priority for me. I can put Kanye, Alkaline Trio, Bob Marley and Frank Sinatra in one playlist, and it’s a total hit.
Guilty Pleasure
That question should be plural. Good denim. My perfume – I’m pretty sure it was made from the blood of the last unicorn, and no, I’m not telling you what it is.

Style of Teaching
My background is competitive dance and cheerleading, so naturally my style of teaching is high energy. I try to focus on what is working for each client and their individual needs.

I have a broad taste in music, I play all types of different music but it has got to be high energy and have a good beat.
Guilty Pleasure
I have a major shopping problem. I have over 30 pairs of jeans. I also love to add stuff to my cart without actually purchasing it. I am a chronic online window shopper.

It sounds crazy, but I love spending a solid 20 minutes in the sauna – its the number one reason I still keep a gym membership. Sauna benefits are endless, it’s stress relieving, soothing on sore muscle, and helps me sleep like a baby. Also, it’s the best way to sweat out toxins, especially when you’re hungover (wink wink.)

Tough yet liberating. Soft spoken but spicy.

As genre fluid as it gets…classic rock, reggae, hip-hop, alternative and yes, even country!

Raw honey from the spoon, coconut and dark chocolate.

Challenging, crazy, sarcastic, humorous, fun, engaging. I use mindset work mixed with sarcasm and cursing as inspiration and motivation! It’s a little bit of this, and a little bit of that. I try to engage my clients in the class. Honestly, I never know what’s going to come out of my mouth…No filter!
Favorite Music During Class
Varies… Depends on my mood, class dynamics, requests, but I pretty much enjoy all types of music. Generally anything that has a killer beat, pumps you up, motivates or affects you emotionally and has meaning! Songs that bring out your inner BADASS and inspire and motivate to push yourself to the limits!
Guilty Pleasure
Hallmark Movies especially at Christmas time! AND SUSHI!!! I could eat that stuff every day!

On A Day When I Am stressed, anxious, hurt, angry, sad, tired, or even on a day when I’m feeling my best and I’m pushing myself to be better than I was on that last set or last rep and I don’t feel I can push myself any further…and I feel the beads of accomplishment pouring down my face onto the mat and my hard work drenched in my clothes…that’s my favorite way to sweat…pushing past my mental wall!
Style of Teaching
Well I definitely can’t count lol, but what instructor can. I would have to describe my style as fused. I like to integrate different techniques, tools, methodologies, and music into my classes.
Favorite Music During Class
I love, love, love music and all genres. Ultimately it depends on the class and where I’m going with the class. If I’m doing a Cycology class…my playlist is very eclectic unless it’s designed for a specific genres, i.e., Rock, Pop, Oldies, 80’s, etc.… But whatever can get people’s hearts pumping and energy flowing is my kinda music.
Guilty Pleasure
Chocolate, Tequila, and Salty Snacks…and Hallmark Movies…I’m a hopeless Romantic. Don’t judge me people!

I would say I am a high energy rhythm rider. All of my classes will always be to the beat. I like to ride with the class but also get off the bike to connect with the class and push everyone to find their limit. I want everyone who comes to take my class to maximize their potential and leave feeling stronger and accomplished.

I’m a huge fan of mashups, I will always have a couple in each playlist. My music is always loud (maybe a little too loud, sorry in advance).

Honestly, my favorite way to sweat is lying on a tropical beach in the sun. When I need a good workout I like I get myself to Black Sheep to sweat of course!

Energetic and movement focused with an emphasis on proper alignment. I concentrate on healthy foundations of the body and build up with compound exercises.

If you know me you know, I do not like to sit still, or be inside! You can always catch me outdoors for a workout either on the beach hitting some ladders with bands, a trail run with my golden doodle, boat dock for some yoga or on friends driveway for a quick sesh before a wild summer boat day! If I can soak up the sun, catch a tan and get a nice sweat on, life is good!
How would you describe your style of teaching?
Quiet at first but will definitely give you a run for your money when it comes to strength and cardio training. I am a former division one lacrosse player that has a determined, motivated, supportive mentality that will push you to get that last weighted rep in or sprint and will not take “I can’t do it” as an answer!
Favorite Music During Class
Big house music girl, love remixes that are fast pace but also like to grind it out with some hip hop or rap.
Guilty Pleasure
Oof is it bad to say that I have more than one? First, shopping hands down is my weakness, I should have definitely starred in the movie confessions of a shopaholic. Second, peanut m&ms, and no not the ones with the smooth peanut butter, the one with the crunchy nut! Third, being barefoot although I own more shoes than most shoe stores, you are most likely to see me shoeless somewhere.

High energy and motivational, but I’ll also encourage you to push yourself while simultaneously having fun. Working out should be filled with good vibes, but should also challenge you to want to come back for more!

I like variety and mainly listen for good beats and motivational lyrics, so I will always have a mix of a little bit of everything. I’ll always throw in some pop, I like some latin flavor mixed in there, hip hop, rock, country… Pretty much everything, because I like ALL genres!
