Black Sheep Studios is excited to announce the opening of our Downtown Manahawkin location! Our legendary fitness classes and instructors are now easily accessible to our flock on the mainland.
Since December 2022 we have been cranking out classes 7 days a week!
Our Manahawkin studio is located at the Detached Building of our founder Devon’s Residence at 30 Beach Avenue in Manahawkin, NJ 08050

Parking
Parking is available at the Lakeside Village Shopping Mall parking lot on the West end of Beach Avenue. You can also park on Division St. if there are no other spaces available.
Please DO NOT park on Beach Ave, as it is a County Road and must not be obstructed. Additionally, Please DO NOT park on the empty lot on the corner of Division St. and Beach Ave.
