Combine traditional core exercises with innovative Bosu techniques to engage your stabilizing muscles and ignite your core like never before.

 

Expect a mix of balance, strength, and cardio exercises that will leave your core feeling stronger and fully engaged. Obliques, abdominals and lower back will be the main focus, while other muscle groups will certainly join the party.
