Recovery Stretch & Foam Roll

Release your fascia and stretch your body with this NEW recovery class!

 

Using your body weight, you can press into the foam roller to attempt and relieve pressure from tight muscles.

 

This helps stretch and loosen and loosen restricted fascia so the muscles and joints underneath can move freely without pain - a MUST for our workout fanatics!!

 

We will also use resistance bands and blocks to stretch!
