HIIT

Don’t stop ’til you drop! This one hour HIIT (high intensity interval training) class will leave you sweating, panting, and sculpted all over. We’ll be working in various work-to-rest ratios to increase aerobic and muscular endurance. Props including mid-level weights, Bosu’s, resistance bands, or kettlebells, are used to challenge large muscle groups. It’s safe to say this class is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you’re gonna get.

HIIT is a total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body and improve your endurance.
