Beach Boot Camp

Experience the best workout on the planet – use the sand, the sun and the wind to take your morning workout to the next level! We’ve created the ultimate outdoor workout using the soft sand and the best machine of all – our bodies. Challenging and fun, you will be doing drills for endurance and strength targeting specific muscle groups.

*This class takes place on the BEACH as long as it’s not pouring or lightening. Clients meet at Black Sheep, jog to beach as a warm up, jog back as a cool down!*

*Please wear sneakers and bring a beach towel, water and sunscreen!*
