CARDIO KICKBOXING

Cardio Kickboxing combines martial arts, kickboxing, and boxing to provide an full body workout.

 

This workout includes movements like kicks, knees, and hand strikes. Improves flexibility, coordination and balance.

 

No gloves needed!
