This is how we ROLL…
We will lead you through a series of challenging moves on the foam roller focusing on core and lower body including quads, hamstrings, glutes and calves. This class is a way to give back to your body, release stiffness and knots while still working hard, and boy does it feel good!
Hotcore is a 30 minute class that engages the deep muscles of the core. Broken into pre-sequenced sets to maximize muscle toning and functionality. It’s the perfect add-on class for clients looking to enhance core strength. Floor gliders are available for use – so don’t be discouraged.
The truth is in the name! Buti Sculpt workouts focus on building long, lean muscle tone while kicking the body into a heightened metabolic state. These workouts are excellent for burning maximum body fat due to the intervals of max heart rate and max effort. Buti Sculpt workouts utilize strategic yoga postures during low intensity intervals to prevent injury and facilitate muscle recovery.

This total body workout takes you through a variety of exercises for both upper and lower body using gliding discs. By pressing into the discs for each exercise, you increase the resistance beyond your body weight, making your workouts more effective.
Not only will you build strength and endurance, many of the exercises will challenge other areas of fitness such as balance, stability and core strength.
